Step 1 · Browse

Find products with search & filters

Use the search bar for keywords or codes. Narrow by category, subcategory, or status. Toggle between grid and list views with the view switcher in the top-right.

Tip: typing a SKU or catalog ID jumps straight to the match.
Tip: switch languages from the top bar — copy, descriptions and status labels follow.

Step 2 · Know your products

Badges, packs & MOQs

Each product card shows its status and its ordering rules. Read the badges before adding — they determine how much you can order and when.

Active — in stock and ready to quote.
New / Limited — available but with caveats; check the detail panel.
Pack size — products ship in multiples; quantity is rounded up automatically.
MOQ — the minimum you can order for that SKU.

Step 3 · Configure

Build the exact variant you need

Products with multiple options open in a step-by-step builder. Pick each axis in order — size, then colour, then finish — and the resolved SKU, stock status and pack size appear on the right.

Steps that aren't ready yet show a lock icon — complete the previous step first.
Greyed-out options are unavailable for your current selection — choose a different previous step to unlock them.

Step 4 · Manage your basket

Review, adjust, remove

Open the basket from the top-right. Change quantities in place — the system will round to the nearest valid multiple and warn you if you're below the MOQ. Remove items with the trash icon; nothing is saved until you submit.

A red border on a row means the quantity violates MOQ or pack rules.

Step 5 · Submit

Send it off & get your offer

Go to Checkout, fill in your company details, verify the captcha, and send. You'll get a confirmation email immediately and a tailored quote from our team within one business day.

Double-check your email address — the quote goes there.
Need to edit after submitting? Just reply to the confirmation email.
